Getting your computer repair shouldn’t have to be a scary thing. It’s understandable that you wont understand as much as the techs, but that doesn’t mean you don’t need to know whats wrong with your computer. Talk to the techs. A good tech should be able to tell you the problem with your computer in terms you understand and be able to tell you how they will attempt to repair your computer. So the next time you’re getting your computer repair, don’t be afraid to ask the tech what’s wrong with your computer.
