Bathroom Scale

When dieting, many regard the bathroom scale as something of an enemy, yet they can’t seem to stay away from it. They want to know how well they are doing, but they don’t want to see how slowly the scales can really move. Some get on it every single day, which might be part of the reason so many fall off of a diet so quickly. They see too many commercials promising fast weight loss, and when they don’t see that for themselves, they just give up. When dieting, the bathroom scale is not the only measure of success, nor should it be. Most have been luck measuring themselves each week. If they are exercising as they should be, they will be getting fat to come off and they will be forming new muscle.
