Persistent headache due to stress, tension response, and toxins circulating in the blood is the result of infection. Good nutrition and diet is very significant in the treatment of migraine. Diet is very important but to skip and eliminate meals should be avoided because this can trigger both headache and migraine. It is also very good for the body to have regular exercise. Relaxation can also help relieve the tension, stress, and pain. The patient should know and anticipate the level of his stress that will trigger migraine attack. Taking vitamin B3 and vitamin C will also prevent headache and migraine.
